Quality

To ensure the quality of products manufactured by Montana Oil, the control process begins with the acquisition of raw materials and the selection of suppliers. In the industry, these raw materials are integrated into the Quality Control process carried out at every stage of the manufacturing process, including production, packaging, labeling, product identification, traceability, lot and date identification. This also extends to storage and inventory management, as well as loading and transportation, since all these interconnected factors play a crucial role in the final product.

Quality monitoring doesn't solely apply to the product, but extends to the entire environment surrounding it, including packaging, labels, human resources, and the physical structure. It encompasses interactions with our representatives, clients, and ultimately reaches the end consumer.

Always striving to be at the forefront of its sector, and following in the footsteps of industry giants, Montana Oil didn't wait but pursued its dream of standing out in the market. With this goal in mind, the company pursued ISO Certifications. Not content with just a Quality certification for its production processes, Montana Oil took the necessary steps and became certified in ISO 9001 and 14001 back in 2011. Today, the company holds the 2015 version of these certifications, the latest valid version, based on a comprehensive set of international technical standards that establish a model for Quality Management and Environmental Preservation. Not satisfied and always pushing forward, the company is working tirelessly to certify its laboratory in ISO 17025, which grants it the status of an Accredited Laboratory.
